How Do I Order?
You can purchase AOR products through AOR.ca.
- Sign in/register your account. If you are a returning customer simply, log in to your account.
- Browse and add products to your cart.
- When you are ready, proceed to your shopping cart and check out.
- Enter all requested information: shipping/billing address and payment information.
- After completing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number.
When Will I Receive my Order?
Allow 1 – 2 business days for AOR to pick and pack your order. Once your package has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent. Deliveries may take up to five business days.
Where Is my Order Shipped From?
Your order is shipped from AOR’s headquarters in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

What is Your Return Policy?
If at any time you receive a damaged product, experience an adverse reaction to one or our products, or we made an error on your order, you can initiate a return by contacting [email protected] or call 1-800-387-0177, option 3.

What if my Product is Damaged when I Receive it?
If you receive a damaged product, please email [email protected] or call 1-800-387-0177, option 3. Photographs of the damaged product may be requested. AOR will determine what further action to take if any, but we will do the best we can to come to a satisfactory resolution.
