White mulberry or Morus alba is a species of tree native to China, although it is cultivated in regions all over the world. White mulberry has been used in traditional medicine for centuries, for a wide range of health benefits, from inflammation to dental health. The fruit of the tree is rich in anthocyanins, which are a type of flavonoid that have antioxidant properties.
