Gluten Free

Pro B-Complex contains essential and biologically active B vitamins that perform important roles in the body such as promoting metabolic and nerve health, providing stress support, and more. As essential nutrients, it’s important that proper dosages and ratios of these vitamins be available, and in the most biologically active forms.

Vitamin B supplementation is useful for preventing deficiencies associated with Type 2 diabetes, neurological disorders, anemia, depression, neuropathy, stress, and neural tube birth defects. It also helps promote healthy homocysteine metabolism, hormonal balance, and cellular energy production.

AOR Advantage

Pro B-Complex delivers the biologically active and most efficient forms of these vitamins in balanced doses to ensure maximal benefits are achieved by taking a B complex.

Pro B-Complex was designed to provide the most advanced forms of B vitamins in the most scientifically discerning ratios available. These nutrients help metabolize carbohydrates, proteins and fats for energy and support tissue and red blood cell formation.

Vitamin B1 is required for energy metabolism and red blood cell development. Deficiency has been linked to Type 2 Diabetes and the formation of advanced glycation end products (AGEs).

Benfotiamine is a form of B1 five times more bioavailable than thiamin that can improve nerve function by 30% and decrease nerve pain by 50% among diabetics.

Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) plays a role in the energy metabolism and is important for skin and vision health.

Vitamin B3 (niacin) is a derivative of B3 (NAD+ and NADH) and essential for cellular energy production and plays an essential role in DNA repair, detoxification, and assisting in hormone production. Inositol hexanicotinate is a form of niacin that doesn’t cause flush.

Vitamin B5 is needed to form coenzyme A (precursor to acetyl-CoA), central to cellular energy production and has also been shown to have a positive effect on cholesterol levels. Pantethine is the active, coenzyme form of vitamin B5.

Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxal-5′-phosphate or P5P) is the active coenzyme form of B6 and a catalyst for over 100 essential enzymatic reactions in the body. P5P is important for the formation of red blood cells and neurotransmitters. A deficiency can lead to anemia, depression, dermatitis, hypertension, insomnia, premenstrual tension, irritability, and muscle twitching.

Vitamin B12 is known for its specific effects on neurological health, and for its role in the methylation cycle. Methylcobalamin is the active coenzyme form of B12.

Folic acid is required for red blood cell and DNA biosynthesis. Deficiency can lead to megaloblastic anemia and elevated homocysteine levels. L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (L-5-MTHF) is the active form of folic acid.

Biotin, choline and inositol: Biotin is used in energy metabolism. Choline is an essential nutrient that plays an important role in the structural integrity of cells and the synthesis of acetylcholine. Inositol supports mood balance and healthy cellular growth.
