Pro Curcumin uses solid lipid particle (SLP™) technology to provide the most bioavailable free curcumin available on the market. SLP™ technology ensures that curcumin particles are gastric resistant, enhancing their absorption through the gut and cell membranes, and spares them from phase II detoxification.
Pro Curcumin works quickly to help relieve severe pain and inflammatory conditions such as arthritis and gastrointestinal inflammation. It is also known for its antimicrobial, antioxidant, and skin and wound healing properties.
Pro Curcumin consists of solid lipid particles (SLP) that provide a phenomenal increase in stability, potency and effectiveness. Once absorbed, they exist as free-form curcumin in the body, and are easily taken up by cells. This means that all of the health benefits of curcumin are experienced faster than any other curcumin product.
Pro Curcumin is a high dose of the most absorbable optimized curcuma longa formula that is free from rapid breakdown. It is traditionally used in herbal medicine as a powerful anti-inflammatory to help relieve severe joint pain and chronic inflammation.
AOR™ guarantees that all ingredients have been declared on the label. Contains no wheat, gluten, nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, sulphites, mustard, dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish or any animal byproduct.

Curcumin is considered a general anti-inflammatory for many inflammatory conditions such as endometriosis, Crohn’s, ulcerative colitis, and arthritis. Longvida® Optimized Curcumin possesses extraordinary bioavailability and has been clinically tested in humans, notably in bone cancer patients. Research demonstrates that bioavailability is increased at least a hundredfold compared to regular curcumin.1
Solid Lipid Particle (SLP) Technology
SLPs are nanoparticles with a protected layer for increased stability, potency and effectiveness. Unlike regular curcumin that is easily broken down by stomach acid, Pro Curcumin particles are resistant to acid breakdown and are rapidly absorbed and taken up by cells.
Anti-inflammatory and Neuroprotectant Actions
Pro Curcumin inhibits the production of proinflammatory cytokines, enhances the detoxifying enzyme glutathione-S-Transferase, and protects against mitochondrial damage. Additionally, Pro Curcumin reduces the deposition of beta-amyloid, chelates iron and copper to reduce beta-amyloid toxicity, and enhances the binding of it to type I macrophages to protect against oxidative damage and neurotoxicity.
One human study demonstrated that 80 mg of Longvida® curcumin for four weeks led to reduced plasma triglyceride levels, increased antioxidant activity, and reduced plasma beta-amyloid concentrations after just four weeks.2
