This 2019, eight week randomised double-blind placebo controlled study of 58 participants examined the dose dependent effects of aqueous ashwagandha root extract on otherwise healthy participants facing stress and anxiety. Grape seed extract positively modulates blood pressure and perceived stress: A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study in healthy volunteers 

A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical study from 2021 was conducted in subjects with mild hypertension. It was performed to investigate GSEe benefits on blood pressure regulation. L-carnosine as an adjuvant to fluvoxamine in treatment of obsessive compulsive disorder: A randomized double-blind study 

In a randomized, double blind, placebo controlled trial, 44 patients with moderate to severe obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) were given either L-carnosine or placebo daily in addition to fluvoxamine.
