Effect of bergamot on lipid profile in humans: A systematic review 

This systematic review published in 2020 reviewed 12 articles related to the lipid modifying properties of bergamot extracts.   Authors reported most studies demonstrated a significant decrease in total cholesterol (12.3% to 31.3%,), triglycerides (11.5% to 39.5%) and LDLc (7.6% to 40.8%).
