Research Summary: Lactoferrin has is expected to play a major role in immune health, and especially in preventing neonatal injury and infection. This study is focused on evaluating the effects of bovine lactoferrin in reducing neonatal sepsis, and mortality rates, as well as and reducing anemia in women of reproductive age.
