Lipoic acid is known as the “captain of the antioxidants” due to its ability to recycle and recharge other antioxidants such as vitamins C and E. Numerous studies have shown that lipoic acid can help support the body to use glucose effectively and protect against free radical damage. It is a powerful partner for glutathione; the most abundant antioxidant produced in the body.

Adult Dosage
Take one capsule daily with or without food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Do not crush, blend or mix capsules. Swallow capsules whole. Do not exceed daily dose unless instructed by a healthcare practitioner.
