How do we ship?

AOR.ca orders will be shipped via Purolator. If you are located outside of the Purolator service area, AOR will use an alternative shipping method. Orders ship from our head office located at 3900, 12 Street NE, Calgary, AB.

How much does shipping cost?

Any orders above $75 (CAD) after discounts have been applied will qualify for free shipping. Orders under $75 will be subject to a $10 flat shipping fee.

Do shipping costs apply to subscription orders?

Subscription orders above $75 qualify for free shipping. If your subscription order is below $75 after discounts are applied, it is ineligible for free shipping, and you will be charged a $10 flat rate shipping fee.

How long to process my order?

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm MST. Depending on the volume of orders we receive, processing can take between 1 to 2 business days.

What happens after my order has been processed?

Once your order has been processed, it will be picked and packed at our warehouse. Once the courier comes to pick up your order, you will be emailed a tracking number.

When are orders picked up?

Orders processed via Purolator are picked up daily between 3:00 pm–3:30 pm MST.

How long until my package arrives?

Once orders are processed and picked up, packages typically take between 2 to 5 business days to arrive (depending on location, weather conditions, holidays, and any courier delays).

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

We know that occasionally packages may get lost or misdelivered within our carrier systems. In such cases, if a package is marked as lost and not delivered by the carrier, we are committed to replacing or refunding your order. However, once a package is marked as delivered to the correct address by the carrier, we want to remind you that the responsibility shifts to you to ensure the security of the package. If, unfortunately, a package is stolen after being marked as delivered, we cannot be held liable for its loss.
