Due to the current Canada Post strike, we recommend not using Canada Post to return DNA samples, as delays or lost packages may occur. To ensure safe and timely delivery, please use a reliable courier such as UPS or Purolator until the strike is resolved to send back your sample.
If you do not want to incur additional shipping charges to return your sample via courier, we suggest you wait until the strike is over and use the pre-paid postage Canada Post envelope provided in your kit.
