As one of the co-founders of AOR in 1991, Pramjit is an integral part of the AOR team and has operated in a variety of roles since the company’s inception. In the early days of the company, Pramjit worked in the production department as an encapsulator and bottler, designing the initial labels, as well as handling the payroll and customer service side of the business. As AOR has grown, she has overseen the company’s human resources department, the finance and accounting department, and the administrative services and general functioning of the company. She currently serves as the chief administrative officer.
