Advanced B Complex Ultra is based on Advanced B Complex®, our award-winning favourite, with additional antioxidant benefits. Advanced B Complex Ultra utilizes time-release technology to enhance absorption and provides the full spectrum of B vitamins, some of them in multiple forms, for efficacy in the body.
Advanced B Complex Ultra is formulated with niacin, the most active form of vitamin B3. It contains a safe dose of slow-release niacin to minimize the sensation of “flushing”. Advanced B Complex Ultra is unique in that it also contains Pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ), a B-vitamin-like nutrient that helps support good health.

Adult Dosage
Adults (18 and over) – Take one tablet one to two times daily with food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Do not exceed daily dose unless instructed by a healthcare practitioner.
Cautions
Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. When using this product people sensitive to nicotinic acid may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient. Stop use of vitamin B6 products and ask a healthcare practitioner if you develop symptoms of sensory nerve problems, such as numbness, tingling, or pain in the extremities.*
*Please note that your label may not contain the vitamin B6 caution, as this is a recent update issued from Health Canada. We are in the process of updating all product labels containing 10 mg or more/day of vitamin B6 to reflect this.
