Product Information

Bacopa Enlighten is a standardized extract of Bacopa monnieri, an herb used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine to support cognitive function.

Also known as brahmi, water hyssop, thyme-leaved gratiola or herb of grace.  

This plant has been used for thousands of years in traditional Ayurvedic medicine as a “brain tonic.” It is one of the more cherished herbs medically and culturally.

Active compounds called bacosides A and B, are proposed to support various cognitive faculties.

Adult Dosage

Adults (18 years and over) – Take 1 capsule daily with or without food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Do not crush, blend or mix the capsules. Swallow the capsule whole. Do not exceed daily dose unless instructed by a healthcare practitioner.

Cautions

 Ask a healthcare practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.     

 Ask a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 3 months.

When using this product you may experience gastrointestinal discomfort/disturbances.
