Adult Dosage
Adults (18 and over) – Take 2 capsules once daily with or without food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Do not take immediately before bedtime. Use for a minimum of 3 months to see beneficial effects for menstrual cycle irregularities. Do not open capsules, as this may compromise the stability of the medicinal ingredients. Do not exceed daily dose unless instructed by a healthcare practitioner.
Cautions
Do not use if:
- you have bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder.
- you are pregnant, breastfeeding or attempting to conceive unless you have consulted a healthcare practitioner/healthcare provider/health care professional/doctor/physician.
Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are taking hormone-containing medications such as progesterone preparations, oral contraceptives or hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
Consult a healthcare practitioner if:
- symptoms persist or worsen.
- you are taking antidepressant medication.
When using this product consumption with alcohol, drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
May cause irritability and insomnia, in which case discontinue use. Â
Stop use of vitamin B6 products and ask a healthcare practitioner if you develop symptoms of sensory nerve problems, such as numbness, tingling, or pain in the extremities.
