Adult Dosage
Adults (18 years and over) – Take 1 capsule daily half an hour before a meal, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Do not crush, mix or blend capsules. Swallow capsules whole. Do not exceed daily dose unless instructed by a healthcare practitioner.
Cautions
Do not use if ⢠you are pregnant or nursing ⢠you are hypersensitive or allergic to cinnamon or Peruvian balsam, if you have acid reflux, stomach or intestinal ulcers. Consult a health care practitioner before use if you have a kidney disorder and/or diabetes, or for use beyond 6 months. Consult a healthcare practitioner if you have liver disease, alcoholism or are taking acetaminophen. When using this product ⢠may cause irritation of the gastric mucous membranes and reflux ⢠hypersensitivity, e.g. allergy, may occur in which case discontinue use. Stop use and ask a health care practitioner if ⢠you experience sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness and/or confusion (as these may be symptoms of serious low blood sugar) ⢠you experience symptoms of hypoglycemia including feelings of anxiety, dizziness, tremor, sweating, nausea or headache. This product is not suitable for children.
