After graduating with a Masters of Engineering and a Masters of Science, Adam began his career with Schlumberger where he held various roles in which he was able to hone his management skills. In 2014, Adam decided to attain his Master of Business Administration from York University. In 2017, after graduating, Adam joined the AOR team as the Director of Operations, where he oversaw all things production, research & development, supply chain and quality. In early 2020, he moved into the role of Director of AOR Canada and in 2026, he was appointed as AOR’s Chief Financial Officer.
