Shendel Ruiz brings almost two decades of marketing, market research and product development experience to AOR. She leads the company’s digital marketing, market research, tradeshow planning and growth initiatives making AOR accessible to new shoppers throughout Canada and the U.S.
Prior to joining AOR, Shendel worked for companies like Cadbury, Schweppes and Unilever. Working for Unilever she managed brands like Hellmann’s and Knorr where she designed and executed a $2M promotional campaign, resulting in the development of a major advertising campaign for Knorr chicken bouillon. She also turned around the Hellmann’s portfolio from consistently decreasing market share in eight years to a more stabilized market share within two years.
