Phosphatidylserine (PS) is a phospholipid that is a structural component of cell membranes throughout the body but is most concentrated in the brain and cerebral cortex. It helps to cover and insulate the cells to help them communicate.

PS was historically isolated from bovine brain however, AOR’s PS-100 is from certified organic, cold-pressed sunflower making it vegan friendly.
