Sun-Theanine® contains L-theanine, a calming amino acid found almost exclusively in green tea. It helps reduce nervousness and restlessness, promoting relaxation but without causing drowsiness.
Sun-Theanine is a patented enzymatically synthesized L-theanine that has a higher yield than extraction from green tea for which it constitutes only 1-2%.
