Zinc and copper work best when optimal ratios of both minerals are used. Copper is necessary for many biochemical processes in the body and provides potent antioxidant effects. Adult Dosage
Take 1 capsule three times per day with food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Do not crush, mix or blend capsules. Swallow capsules whole.
Cautions
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking anticoagulants, antiplatelet medication, hypotensive medications or supplements, immunosuppressants or any other medication, if symptoms persist or worsen, or for use beyond seven days. Gastrointestinal discomfort (i.e. diarrhea) has been known to occur. Hypersensitivity has been known to occur, in which case discontinue use. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
