Product Information
Estro Adapt™ includes some of the most important estrogen-modulating nutrients known to support healthy estrogen levels and detoxification. Such ingredients include D-Glucarate, DIM (3,3’-diindolylmethane), hops extract, choline and sulforaphane glucosinolate from broccoli extract. Both environmental toxins and unbalanced estrogen levels are believed to increase the risk of women’s health concerns. D-glucarate, choline and SGS all support the detoxification of excess or inactivated hormones.

Adult Dosage
Adults (18 years and over) – Take 2 capsules daily with breakfast, a few hours before or after taking other medication or natural health products, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Do not crush, blend or mix the capsules. Swallow the capsule whole. Do not exceed daily dose unless instructed by a healthcare practitioner.
Cautions
Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

- symptoms persist or worsen.
- sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia).

- if you are taking blood thinners, or if you have depression and/or related diseases.
When using this product:
- Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness.
- Some people may experience drowsiness.
- Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
Stop use and ask a health care practitioner /health care provider/health care professional/doctor/physician if you develop liver-related symptoms (e.g. yellowing of the eyes and/or skin, dark urine, abdominal pain, jaundice) or symptoms of low estrogen.
