Gandha-600 provides 600 mg of a 10:1 ashwagandha root extract in one daily capsule. It is used in Herbal Medicine as an adaptogen to help increase energy and resistance to stress over time, including mental and physical fatigue related to stress. Ashwagandha is also traditionally used in Ayurveda as Rasayana (a rejuvenative tonic), for memory enhancement, and to relieve general debility, especially during convalescence or old age.

Adults (18 years and over) – Take 1 capsule daily with or without food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Do not open capsules, as this may compromise the stability of the medicinal ingredients. Do not exceed daily dose unless instructed by a healthcare practitioner.Â
