Nattokinase is an enzyme produced during the fermentation of a traditional Japanese condiment called natto, that helps to support cardiovascular system health. Natto is boiled soybeans that have been fermented with a type of probiotic bacteria (Bacillus subtilis).

Adult Dosage
Adults (19 years and over) – Take 1 capsule once daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Do not crush, mix or blend capsules. Swallow capsules whole. Do not exceed daily dose unless instructed by a healthcare practitioner.
Cautions
Allergens:Â This product is derived from corn and soy. Do not use if you have a soy or corn allergy.
Do not use if:
- you are pregnant or breastfeeding
- you are taking health products that affect blood coagulation
- you have a bleeding disorder Â
Consult a healthcare practitioner:
- for use beyond 4 weeks
- if you have a cardiovascular, kidney or liver disorder, or if you are taking any medications
When using this product:
- Stop using this product 7 days before any scheduled surgery, or immediately if you have unscheduled surgery, or if you suffer from an injury resulting in bruising or bleeding
- In rare cases, blood in stool has occurred, in which case discontinue use
